The Game Might Have To Give Up His House After Legal Loss!

The Game recently encountered another legal obstacle in the lawsuit filed against him by Priscilla Rainey, which dates back to an initial 2016 accusation of sexual battery. Initially, he faced a default judgment of slightly over $7 million due to his absence in court back then. However, in a subsequent lawsuit, Rainey claimed that the rapper had set up shell companies to evade his financial responsibilities, and she emerged victorious in this case. Alleged court documents, reportedly acquired by AllHipHop, indicate that Rainey has served legal papers to The Game and his manager Wack 100, aiming to claim his residence in Calabasas, California, as part of the court-approved asset collection to satisfy the $7 million judgment. Additionally, a process server has reportedly informed The Game and Wack 100 about a notice of levy, writ of execution, and other legal actions on behalf of Priscilla Rainey. The residence in question is located in Calabasas and is registered under both men's names. Rainey accused the Los Angeles native of transferring the property deed to Wack in an effort to shield it from being seized to fulfill her judgment. Furthermore, she subpoenaed the school district attended by The Game's children for residency and attendance records after already claiming his publishing and label. For context, Priscilla Rainey appeared as a contestant on The Game's reality TV program She's Got Game on VH1. The rapper had previously expressed his reluctance to settle his debt with her. In a 2016 Instagram post regarding Rainey's sexual battery lawsuit, he stated, "Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines. Cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin s**t!” The Game alleged that Rainey's removal from the show led her to initiate the lawsuit, insinuating that her intentions were premeditated.
