According to sources, the platinum status of Jay-Z's 13th studio album 4:44 is being questioned.
Hollywood Unlocked reported that there are reports circulating that Tidal faked streaming totals to increase sales. Supposedly, Tidal reported 4:44 had 122 million streams to Soundscan, which affects the Billboard charts but report 68 million less streams to another agency.
