Kid Cudi feels a lot better after he got the proper treatment he needed for an injury he sustained earlier this year.

In a post he wrote on X Saturday, June 22, the Cleveland native provided an update in response to a fan's question about his foot. He previously informed fans that he broke the calcaneus bone in his foot after he took a nasty fall during his performance at Coachella in April. Cudi had to undergo two surgical procedures and took a lot of time to recover. Now, the INSANO rapper reports that he will make a full recovery.

"Its healing!" he replied. "Barely any scars from surgeries, f**kin unreal. Im Wolverine now 😈 My surgeon did a really fantastic job. Shout out Dr. Little at Cedars-Sinai, u the one bro!! 🙏🏾"

Back in May, Kid Cudi posted photos of his customized boot and x-rays that showed 10 screws in his foot. His injury was so bad that he was forced to cancel his anticipated INSANO World Tour. Cudi announced the string of shows over a month before his Coachella set. He was supposed to hit the road with Pusha T, Jaden Smith, and EARTHGANG for a lengthy run in the U.S. and Europe. At the time, he said the injury was "much more serious" than he thought.

"I'm so sorry fam and I love you all so much," he said in a statement. "Thanks for the endless love and support. Im really disappointed as I'm sure you are too, but I will be back. Thats a promise."

Kid Cudi hasn't shared any updates about the tour. He's probably more focused on his recovery and his new fiancée — as he should. Fans will welcome him back to the stage with open arms once he recovers.
