Gone but truly never forgotten, Notorious B.I.G is still racking up award nominations.
Most recently, Biggie has been nominated to join the 2020 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
In order to be nominated for the honor, artists must have released an album anytime before 1994, making the 25-year minimum release date requirement. Biggie's lauded 1994 album, Ready to Die, makes him eligible for this award.
Other artists who've been nominated for the 2020 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame include Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan and more.
If Biggie was to win this award he would be joiningg fellow rappers such as: Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, Run D.M.C, Public Enemy, The Beastie Boys, N.W.A and Tupac Shakur.
