A$AP Ferg, Nicki Minaj & MadeinTYO's New Song Will Make You 'Move Ya Hips'

A$AP Ferg enlisted Nicki Minaj and MadeinTYO for his latest jam.

Last night marked the arrival of Ferg’s new joint, “Move Ya Hips,” which features rhymes from the Harajuku Barbie and with an exciting hook from the rising Atlanta rapper. The track also dropped in tandem with a workout-themed visualizer to get watchers moving to the beat.

On the mid-tempo track, Ferg and Minaj exchange explicit, raunchy bars to set the party off as MadeinTYO carries the cadence and energy of the bop with a catchy chorus.

“Pockets is fat like The Klumps/ Rappers is lookin' like lunch/ I'm makin' a meal when I munch, woo/ Move your hips, okay/ When I be leaving she tell me to stay, ooh,” Ferg raps over the bass-heavy trap beat, before passing the mic to Minaj, who dominates the beat like she’s known to.

With her one-of-a-kind flow, the "Chun-Li" lyricist spits, “This is a fact, this ain't no cap app/ All of my bitches is bad, word to my dad/ They know we get to the bag/ Move my hips, okay/ Tell him to go, then I tell him to stay, hey.”

“Move Ya Hips” is Ferg and Minaj’s third time teaming up on a collab. The duo joined forces on 2017’s “Plain Jain REMIX” and 2018’s “Runnin.” Additionally, this is the first record Minaj has released since announcing her pregnancy news earlier this month.

For MadeinTYO, "Move Ya Hops" clocks the 28-year-old's fifth team-up with the A$AP Mob member following their work on “WAM,” “Square B—h,” “Ned Flanders,” and “One Night Savage.”
